At Lumière Spa, we believe wellness begins the moment you allow yourself to slow down and breathe. Our spa was thoughtfully created to offer a peaceful environment where the body can rest, the mind can quiet, and a natural sense of balance can return. Located on Kercheval Avenue in Detroit, Lumière Spa offers massage and restorative treatments designed to ease tension, calm the mind, and renew the body. From therapeutic massage to our signature Hydro Scalp experiences, each service is delivered with care, intention, and attention to detail so every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Our goal is simple — to create a space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life, restore their energy, and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and renewed. Your glow begins here. CANCELLATION POLICY
Card on File A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy. Notice Required 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No Shows Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. Class Cancellations by Lumière Spa In the rare event Lumière Spa must cancel an appointment or class, guests will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule for a future date. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations occur. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
